Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier, product availability, and destination. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email if supplied by the carrier.

NEOTIQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
